Stronger united. Stronger together. Stronger as a team.
Once, there lived a man with his trio of hardworking sons. Despite their diligence, constant quarrels tainted their household.
As the father's health declined, he pleaded with his sons to set aside their differences. However, his words fell on deaf ears.
Determined to impart a valuable lesson, the father devised a practical exercise to unify his sons.
Gathering them, he proposed a challenge,
"Each of you will receive an equal set of sticks to break. The one who finishes first will be rewarded."
Each son received ten sticks and swiftly broke them in minutes. However, as they finished, disputes erupted over who had finished first.
The father intervened,
"The task isn't done. Now, I'll give you ten more sticks, but this time, break them as a bundle, not individually."
Agreeing, the sons attempted to break the bundled sticks. Despite their efforts, none could succeed.
Frustrated, they admitted their failure.
The father wisely remarked,
"See, breaking the sticks individually was easy, but breaking all ten at once proved challenging. Similarly, united as a team, no one can harm you. Yet, if you continue to fight, anyone can defeat you. Unite as a team, my sons."
